EnrichMyCare achieves NHS DSPT Standards Met with independent substantial assurance

EnrichMyCare has achieved Standards Met status for the 2025–26 NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT), supported by an independent external audit providing Substantial assurance.

The DSPT is the NHS framework through which organisations that access NHS patient data and systems demonstrate performance against the National Data Guardian’s data security standards.

For EnrichMyCare, the milestone represents an important part of the assurance framework supporting deployment of the platform within NHS clinical pathways.

The assessment sits alongside EnrichMyCare’s wider information governance, clinical safety and regulatory arrangements, including UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 controls, DCB0129 clinical safety processes, Cyber Essentials and medical-device governance for relevant clinician-facing AI functionality.

As EnrichMyCare increasingly connects information contributed by families, clinicians, schools and other professionals across care pathways, robust data governance remains fundamental to how the platform is developed and deployed.
