Saran Muthiah

Founder & CEO · Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist · Clinical Safety Officer

Saran brings 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than two decades in the NHS as a specialist paediatric physiotherapist working across complex child health pathways. Alongside his clinical career, he has led service transformation and developed expertise across digital health, clinical AI and healthcare innovation.

He founded EnrichMyCare from frontline experience of the fragmentation, repeated information gathering and capacity pressures experienced by children, families and clinical teams. Today, he leads EnrichMyCare’s strategy, clinical direction and development of its Managed Clinical Pathway Transformation approach, bringing together clinical expertise, service redesign, digital workflows, data and clinician-led AI.

Saran is an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow and NHS Clinical Entrepreneur, holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School, and is undertaking doctoral research in Clinical AI. He also leads clinical safety and governance for EnrichMyCare.

His approach is centred on creating a genuine win-win-win — better outcomes for patients, better experiences for staff, and better value for the health and care system.
