EnrichMyCare joins the NHS Innovation Accelerator 2026 programme

EnrichMyCare has joined the NHS Innovation Accelerator (NIA) programme, with Founder and CEO Saran Muthiah selected as an NHS Innovation Accelerator Fellow.

The fellowship supports the continued development and adoption of EnrichMyCare’s work with NHS organisations to transform complex clinical pathways.

EnrichMyCare has evolved from a digital platform designed around children, families and multidisciplinary care into a broader approach to Managed Clinical Pathway Transformation — bringing together pathway understanding, service redesign, workflow automation and AI-enabled clinical intelligence.

That evolution has been shaped through NHS clinical practice and direct work with families, clinicians and partner organisations.

EnrichMyCare’s NHS work spans neurodevelopmental pathways, paediatric epilepsy and transition and complex care, with pathway work involving NHS partners including Derbyshire Healthcare, Leeds Teaching Hospitals, Oxford University Hospitals and Homerton Healthcare.

The NIA fellowship provides an opportunity to build on that experience, strengthen the evidence base and support wider NHS adoption.

For Founder and CEO Saran Muthiah, the programme also reflects a journey that began in frontline paediatric clinical practice and has increasingly focused on a central question: How can clinical pathways be designed so that patients reach the right professional, with the right information, at the right time?

The NIA programme will support EnrichMyCare as it continues working with NHS organisations to answer that question in practice.
